With Connectivity powered by DMG MORI, we offer secure networking of all new DMG MORI machines from 2020 as standard, existing DMG MORI machines and machines from third-party manufacturers. The machine data, availability status, productivity indicators, process data and any additional machine signals can be made available to the user applications via the common standard protocols OPC-UA, MTconnect and MQTT.

Connectivity from DMG MORI is a product group that includes all products to connect machines and devices in the production of our customers. This includes the hardware (IoTconnector, IoTconnector retrofit & IoTconnector flex) including the software for the machine data interface and our remote service solution NETservice.
Which machines can be connected with DMG MORI's connectivity?
All DMG MORI machines and even third-party machines.
Who installs connectivity from DMG MORI in my company?
Either the regional DMG MORI Service or you yourself, provided you have a company electrician.
What are the advantages of Connectivity from DMG MORI compared to other market solutions?
- Our solution is compatible with DMG MORI machines and third-party products and can be used directly with the Messenger or TULIP.
- The OPC UA interface is included in all solutions (also for machines with Heidenhain)
- Connectivity from DMG MORI is a product and not a project. The customer buys standardized and preconfigured products that can be installed by DMG MORI Service.
- The customer is supported by DMG MORI in all questions relating to connectivity.
How long does the installation take per machine?
It takes between one and three hours per machine. The machine downtime is limited to a few minutes!
How do I get a suitable offer for connectivity?
Talk to your DMG MORI Area Sales Manager. The responsible DMG MORI Service Sales Manager will work with you to qualify the machines to be connected and, after technical clarification, will provide you with a quotation.
What are DMG MORI software applications that I can use in combination with can use in combination with connectivity?
The Messenger and TULIP can be used directly.
